Cute top, however the quality is just not there. Very thin and clingy to the body and up close it looks on the cheaper side. Definitely not worth $38. Maybe worth $15 at Walmart. LOVE Pulse Boutique and all my sweaters and shirts I have gotten here but was surprised this shirt was offered and at such a high price at that.
