Fits and Looks Great!

I am 5'5 160lbs athletic build and the Medium fits great! I also have this tank top in Black. Fabric is soft, both look cute under cardigans or by themselves. I will say, when I am sitting I some times have to pull it up a little since it is cut low, but feel it is appropriate for work since the lattice pattern in front does cover a lot of skin. For care, I wash on cold, sometimes warm/cold with like colors and hang dry. Neither tank has been through the drier.
